Returns and refunds

At Prim, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges.

Refunds or replacements are only issued if:

  • You received the wrong item, or
  • The item arrives with a manufacturing defect

If there is an issue, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at

[email protected] with your order number and clear photos.

Approved claims will be resolved with a replacement.
